Fetches' invitation in

Since Molly technically invited ("invited") the fetches in to the Carpenter house during Proven Guilty, it makes me wonder if that means somehow that since that moment the fetches or even Winter have had access to the Carpenter house all this time and just never used it.

I mean, that sounds like some "exact words" bullshit, and you'd think because the fetches were disguised as different people it wouldn't count, but on the other hand this feels like exactly the type of bullshit Butcher would do.
